我需要親自將衣服交給司機嗎？ / Do I need to hand over clothes personally?

不需要。您可以將衣物放入洗衣袋，寄存在酒店禮賓部即可，出門遊玩不受影響。我們收送時會直接與禮賓部交收。

No. You can leave your laundry bag at the hotel Concierge. We will pick it up from them directly, so you can enjoy your trip without waiting.

如果我的衣物不足 30 磅，收費如何計算？ / What if my laundry is less than 30 lbs?

我們的最低消費為 HK$300。即使衣物不足 30 磅，我們仍需收取此基本費用以覆蓋運輸及營運成本。建議您可以累積幾天的衣物或與同行親友合併清洗。

Our minimum charge is HK$300. Even if your load is under 30 lbs, this base fee applies to cover transportation and operation costs. We suggest accumulating a few days' clothes or combining with friends.

真的會免費幫我分開深淺色清洗嗎？ / Do you separate colors for free?

是的！我們非常重視衣物護理。我們會人手將深色和淺色衣物分開，並使用不同的洗衣機獨立清洗，防止染色，此服務完全免費。

Yes! We care about your clothes. We hand-sort dark and light colors and wash them in separate machines to prevent color bleeding. This service is completely free.

什麼時候可以取回乾淨的衣服？ / When can I get my clothes back?

九龍區 (如尖沙咀、旺角等)： 一般可享即日收送 (視乎收衣時間)。

港島、新界及東涌： 標準服務為「隔日送回」(例如週一收，週二回)。如需即日急件服務，需加收費用 ($500起)。

Kowloon Areas: Usually same-day service available.

HK Island, NT & Tung Chung: Standard service is next-day return. Same-day express is available for an extra fee (from $500).

可以用什麼方式付款？ / Payment methods?

我們接受多種電子支付方式，包括：信用卡 (Visa/Master)、轉數快 (FPS)、PayMe 及 AlipayHK。請注意，預約時需預付 HK$300 訂金。

We accept Visa/Mastercard, FPS, PayMe, and AlipayHK. A deposit of HK$300 is required upon booking.

你們會清洗西裝、禮服或婚紗嗎？ / Do you wash suits or gowns?

此頁面的 $300 / $500套餐主要為「水洗磅洗」服務（包括水洗、烘乾、摺疊），適合T恤、牛仔褲、內衣褲等日常衣物。如需清洗西裝、晚禮服等需要「乾洗」的衣物，我們會另外報價，請透過 WhatsApp 查詢。

The package of $300 / $500 is for standard "Wash & Fold" (water wash). It suits daily wear like T-shirts and jeans. For dry cleaning (suits, gowns), please inquire via WhatsApp for a separate quote.

我不知道衣物有多重，怎麼辦？ / I don't know the weight?

不用擔心！30 磅大約是一個大型行李箱塞滿的量 (約 50-60 件夏季衣物)，一般家庭旅遊 3-4 天的衣物量通常不會超過 30 磅。我們收衣後會使用電子磅秤重，如有超重部分才會通知您補差價。

​Don't worry! 30 lbs is roughly a full large suitcase (approx. 50-60 summer items). We will weigh your bag upon collection and notify you if there is any surcharge for excess weight.

假期或颱風的服務安排嗎？ / Service on holidays or typhoons?

我們逢星期二休息。若懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告，為了安全起見，收送服務將會暫停或延遲，我們會主動聯絡您安排。

We are closed on Tuesdays. Service will be suspended or delayed during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or Black Rainstorm warnings. We will contact you for rescheduling.

萬一衣物遺失或損壞怎麼辦？ / What if clothes are lost or damaged?

我們設有嚴謹的監控流程，衣物遺失機率極低。關於衣物損毀，常見原因多為衣物配件（如拉鍊、扣飾）在機洗過程中互相纏繞所致。若因衣物自身配件導致的損毀，恕本公司無法作出賠償。

此外，我們會採用高溫烘乾衣物，絲質、蕾絲、羊毛等嬌貴質料有機會在這個過程中造成損毀或縮水，請務必自行取出。

若經證實為本公司清洗不當造成之損毀或遺失，我們將根據條款進行賠償（每件物品或衣物的賠償上限為 HK$50，每張訂單的總賠償上限則為 HK$1,000）。貴重衣物及上述提及的衣物，建議事先聲明或選用特定護理服務；如閣下選擇使用此標準磅洗服務清洗貴重物品，相關風險需自行承擔。

We have strict monitoring protocols, so loss is extremely rare. Damage is often caused by accessories (like zippers) tangling during the wash. We cannot compensate for damage caused by the clothing's own accessories.

Please note that we use high-temperature drying. Delicate fabrics such as silk, lace, or wool may shrink or be damaged. Please ensure you remove these items beforehand.

If loss or damage is proven to be caused by our negligence, compensation is capped at HK$50 per item, with a total maximum of HK$1,000 per order. For valuables and the delicate items mentioned above, we recommend declaring them or using special care services. Using standard wash-and-fold for these items is at your own risk.
